The AMAL Project is a non profit initiative that was launched in 2015. With the support of the Global Citizen Foundation, The AMAL Project empowers early childhood development and provides children in emergency settings (i.e conflict areas, disaster zones, displacement relief zones etc.) and developing countries a safe place to play, develop and grow.
A world in which every child attains the right to early childhood development. To break the cycle of poverty and ensure that every child reaches his/her full potential.
Inspire breakthrough in the way the world treats children and achieve immediate and lasting change by investing in early childhood development. Provide children aged 3-5 with the necessary age appropriate resources & materials to support their early childhood development.
We work to achieve the rights of all children, but we will put the deprived and marginalised children first and advocate for others to do the same. We will judge our and other’s successes against our ability to reach these children. We will stay true to our values of Accountability, Ambition, Collaboration, Creativity and Integrity.
THE AMAL CENTER
Play is an essential part of every child’s life and it is vital to their development. Through play, children explore the world around them and develop skills to build a strong foundation for future success.
In collaboration with Sports4U - We design and fabricate shipping containers into solar-powered Early Childhood Development Centers.
